This is a handmade watercolor that combines a few pigments and also a glitter add in that creates an interesting texture.

This color is Black Sand Beach. It photographs more on the purploe spectrum, but definitely has black tones to it too. I called it Black Sand Beach for two reasons. The first is that when you see a black sand beach even though it is dark and black, it often has undertones of other colors depending on the shells, surrounding or minerals in the nearby land. The second is, the black glitter add in gives texture that reminds me of sand grains.
I handmade and filled these containers so some natural settling and variation will occur.
