I wanted to make a fun shimmery blue color with interesting granulation effects, so that's what I did! Once I got around to swatching this color, I couldn't stop thinking about how much it reminded me of denim.
 
When painted this has a lovely shine that is opaque and it has interesting granulation effects that settle both colors of blue and greys that give the intersting textured effect similar to looking at a piece of denim fabric.
 
These are handmade, hand assembled watercolors so some variation and settling may occur.
 
For best results drop water on these and wait 30 seconds before use to get ultimate impact!
